The details of the implant denture procedure can vary from case to case, but here is an overview of how it usually works:
Consultation: We’ll evaluate your candidacy for the treatment, answer your questions, and start planning the road ahead of you.
Implant placement surgery: Your implant dentist in Litchfield Park will insert your implants into your jawbone.
Restoration: After a healing period, you’ll return to our office so we can design your permanent denture and later, so we can attach it to your implants. (If you opt for All-on-4 treatment, you’ll receive a temporary denture on the same day as your implant surgery, but it will be replaced later on.)
The entire implant denture process usually takes several months, but the investment of time is well worth it!
Implant dentures offer many benefits, including:
Jawbone preservation. Because they imitate tooth roots, dental implants stimulate the jawbone and help to keep it strong and whole.
Dental implants often last for decades, which makes them an excellent monetary value.
Since they don’t slip around in the mouth during eating and speaking, you can expect your implant dentures to be comfortable and natural feeling.
